“Finally, it’s been a long 2 weeks and 3 days in hospital but Mom is at a new facility. This place is outstanding compared to the last facility. The grounds are beautiful, everyone from the receptionist to CNA’s, nurses and all staff were very friendly and welcoming to me and my mother. I feel at peace leaving her, I feel she will be taken care of. I will report back in a couple months, today was our first day at Victoria Crossing.
Update 4 month follow up on VC. We have found a very special place for mom. Everything about VC is great! The staff is approachable the rooms and halls extremely clean. They keep patients engaged in activities and motivate to get out of bed daily. The Dr’s and rehab dept is very helpful and do excellent work. We all sleep better knowing that mom is happy and taken care of so well.”

My mother has been in and out of many nursing homes/rehabs for years now. Some of them were ok and some were downright horrible. But we have never experienced such an amazing group of caring individuals as we have at Victoria crossing. The care providers at this rehab are top notch. We never have to worry if mom is well taken care of as the nurses and cnas to the administration are always showing so much love and compassion. We noticed such a positive change to my mother’s care and happiness here. The cnas and nurses always have her bathed and clean with her nails clean and hair done to make her feel fresh and comfortable. The rehab techs have been so wonderful as well she is doing so much better than she ever was under others care. We especially love the family atmosphere and how we can always count on the care team treating her like family. “Finally, it’s been a long 2 weeks and 3 days in hospital but Mom is at a new facility. This place is outstanding compared to the last facility. The grounds are beautiful, everyone from the receptionist to CNA’s, nurses and all staff were very friendly and welcoming to me and my mother. “Let me say this: Absolute Wonderful facility. WONDERFUL staffs. One can have a nice facility made of diamonds and golds; however, if you do NOT have staffs with great patient-service, professional, informative, team-player then for it. I said to tell you this, thus far, VICTORIA CROSSING is full package. Ms. Kimberly (Administrator) she is AMAZING, GOD-send in everyway. I run a transportation business and just when I thought of giving up, unbeknown to her, I got a phone-call from Ms. Kimberly. I wrote it before, now again “GOD-send”. In addition, I have never met or witnessed an administer that is hands-on; she even escorted her resident to an appointment, unbelievable. “My wife stayed at Victoria Crossing  for about 5 weeks. She survived a Brain Aneurysm and brain bleed after being discharged from TGH she arrived at Victoria Crossing. She could not stand or walk. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. The staff as in Diane and Brenda were very helpful in helping me figure things out for my wife to help her to get the special therapy she needed.
